HydroFrames Return Policy

Frame Returns

We ask that all return or exchange requests be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If you’re unsure which style or finish is right for your space, we strongly recommend ordering samples first to avoid unnecessary fees or inconvenience.

Please note, some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may apply in situations such as:

  • Ordering a frame for a TV model that HydroFrames is not compatible with.

  • Purchasing multiple frames to compare colors or styles and returning the unused ones. If you’re unsure what you’d like, we encourage ordering samples first.

  • Not allowing enough wall space for the frame based on the published overall dimensions. We highly recommend reviewing all measurements listed on the product page and, if available, using our AR preview tool to visualize the frame in your space.

  • Selecting the wrong TV size or year model during checkout.

  • Requests submitted outside of our 30-day return window.

If your frame arrives damaged, defective, or does not fit as described, please reach out to us right away. Contact our support team at info@hydroframes.com and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns that are not packaged securely or are not shipped back in the same manner and level of protection as the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Please take care when repacking your frame to avoid any damage in transit.

Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.

Exclusions

Items listed under our Clearance or Perfectly Imperfect collections are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. These pieces are offered at deeply discounted rates and may include minor imperfections or signs of handling, as noted on their product pages.

Why We Charge Restocking Fees

Due to the size and delicate nature of our frames, each return requires significant time and resources. Every frame must be carefully inspected, repackaged, and in many cases, repaired or partially remade to return it to new condition.

Most restocking fees can be avoided by ordering samples first or refraining from purchasing multiple frames with the intention of returning most of them. Unfortunately, as this practice has become increasingly common, restocking fees help us offset the high cost of processing returns.

Sample Policies

We do not accept returns on sample pieces. However, we encourage sharing them with friends or family who may be considering a frame.
If you place a sample order, we offer a credit of up to $25 toward your HydroFrame purchase. Simply contact us via chat or email at info@hydroframes.com when you’re ready to order your frame.

Televisions & Special-Order Items

For special-order items such as TVs or custom mounting accessories, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. These items carry a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original packaging and properly secured to avoid damage.

Custom HydroFrame Designs

Our custom-made HydroFrame styles are crafted specifically for your order. Because of this, they are not eligible for return. If you’re considering a custom design, we strongly recommend ordering a corner sample of the molding first to ensure you love the finish and style before placing a full order.
